Awesome Post Workout FOOD! 21 Day Fix Friendly!

Are you ready for an awesome breakfast recipe on the 21 Day Fix? This is so easy and will get in some veggies first thing!

Turkey Bacon, Tomato, Spinach, Egg White Scramble

Ingredients:

2 pieces Turkey Bacon
1/2 Tomato chopped
1 Cup Spinach
1 Egg
2 Egg Whites
1 tsp Organic Coconut Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Container Counts: 1 1/2 Red, 1 1/2 Green, 1 tsp

Directions:

Cook up bacon, set aside.  Melt coconut oil and add spinach, saute until just coated. Add tomatoes. Pour in Egg and Egg Whites, scramble. Voila!! Add a side of fruit, and you’re good to GO! Easy!
